We recommend enquiring at least three months in advance for large events and a minimum of six weeks for smaller gatherings. The Versailles Ballroom is often booked twelve months ahead for gala evenings.

All Vista event spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art AV systems. Our in-house technical team is available throughout your event, and we can arrange additional production support through our preferred suppliers.
