These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website ukhotelvista.com and the services offered by UK Hotel Vista Limited. By accessing this website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented, UK Hotel Vista Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any content.

3. Accommodation Terms

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • We require a valid credit or debit card at check-in. Pre-authorisation may be taken.
  • Guests must be aged 18 or over to make a reservation in their own name.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel building.
  • Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and are clearly stated at the time of booking. In general:

  • Flexible Rate: cancellation permitted up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge
  • Advance Purchase Rate: non-refundable and non-amendable
  • Special packages: as stated at time of booking

Vista reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Dining and Events

Restaurant reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. Private event bookings are governed by a separate event hire agreement signed at the time of booking. Menu items are subject to change based on seasonal availability.

6. Entertainment Floor

Access to the Vista Entertainment Floor is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave the premises without providing a reason. The Vista Entertainment Floor operates as a fully licensed private members' venue in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

7. Liability

UK Hotel Vista Limited accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property unless caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for the safeguarding of their own valuables. Safety deposit boxes are available in all rooms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, text, logos and design, is protected by copyright and belongs to UK Hotel Vista Limited or its licensors. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
